We're Glad You're Here!

What to Expect On a Sunday

What happens during a gathering?

When the gathering begins, we’ll worship together in song, share upcoming events, worship by giving, and hear a Gospel centered message. You’re also invited to stick around after for prayer, questions, and fellowship!

What should I do when I arrive?

When you arrive, feel free to grab some coffee and make yourself comfortable! If you’re the chatty type, our Guest Services team will be glad to answer any questions you have along with ways to get connected to the Church. If you consider yourself more of the silent type, we have interactive Connection Point kiosks in the lobby that share more about The River and additional ways to get connected.

How long does a typical gathering last?

A typical gathering lasts about 75 minutes.

What about my kids?

Childcare is available for ages 0-11 years! Little ones infant-4 years old will check in at the Nursery and K-5th graders will head over to check in at the River Kids elementary area.

Your children are precious cargo, that’s why we have an entire team dedicated to your little ones! Every member of our River Kids team, staff and volunteers, undergo a thorough background check as well as intensive training to ensure the safety of your children.

What is the music like?

The beauty of gathering in multiple communities is that no one location is identical to another. That being said, there’s something unique about each worship team! Though each team brings different talents to the table, the majority of our songs as a whole are upbeat and modern, with bits of traditional favorites here and there.

What should I wear?

Come as you are! There is no dress code at The River.

Do I need to give?

We give as an act of worship. If you are a guest with us, please do not feel obligated to give.

Come As You Are!

One Church. Multiple Locations.
