At The River Church the whole family can grow together! River Kids is what we call our children's ministry that teaches, cares for, and invests in children from infancy through 5th grade. The mission of our River Kids program is the same as the mission for all of The River Church: to bring glory to God by reaching the world, gathering with the saints, and growing in the Word. Through meaningful relationships, age-appropriate discipleship, and resources for the home, we seek to equip both children and parents to live out the Gospel every day. Our prayer is that every family and child would build a lasting foundation in Christ and would continue to be strengthened as they grow together in Him.
Keeping your child safe is of our highest priority. Along with thorough background checks and extensive volunteer training, we've established thoughtful safety procedures to help create a secure environment for every child. Our check-in system ensures that only authorized adults can pick up children, classrooms are staffed with trained leaders, and our team is prepared to respond to emergencies with care and confidence. Our commitment to safety isn't just a policy, it's part of how we love and care for every family and child we have the privilege of serving.
Sunday Mornings
Every Sunday, volunteers and leaders are passionate about helping kids discover who Jesus is through biblical teaching, worship, games, and activities.
Infant-PreK aged children are welcomed into our Nursery, where they are cared for in a safe, loving environment while parents participate in the auditorium.
K-5th Graders are invited to join our River Kids gathering created just for them! They'll experience energetic worship, interactive Bible teaching, small group discussion, and activities designed specifically for each age group.
