Thank you for considering using The River Church for your event! You will find sections for the following below:

Please review, and fill out all sections. If you have a special set up for your event, please provide a schematic diagram, as this will help with planning and booking your room.

The rental rate for small events is $100 an hour. When filling out the form, please include any set up and tear down time in your hours needed for the event space. The minimum rental is 2 hours. Saturday and Sunday rentals will have limited availability due to weekend gatherings.

The rental rate includes set up of any needed resources (i.e. tables, chairs, ect..), clean up, and operations staff available during the event. They are to help if any issues arise in the facility.

Please Note: Space is not officially reserved until this form has been submitted, the space has been confirmed as available, and payment is received.

Facilities Guidelines for Use

1. All requests for space must be made digitally by using the form below. All ongoing requests will be renewed as needed. Submission of this form is not confirmation or an approval of rental by The River Church. You will be contacted once we can confirm availability for your request.

2. Users should make one visit to see space desired. This will also aid in determination of needs.

3. Exceptions to fees are at the discretion of The Elder Team of The River Church.

4. If the space is provided at a reduced rate or donated, the user is expected to leave the space in as clean a condition as possible, with all paper and garbage properly disposed of, lights turned off and doors secured at the end of the use.

5. Janitorial services is included in the fee. This includes set-up and clean-up.

6. Coffee, other refreshments, and containers, etc. must be provided by the user or be pre-arranged with The River Church.

7. Church furnishings will remain in their usual Saturday and Sunday configuration unless previously arranged with the Director of Facilities.

8. Payment for the use of The River Church will be detailed at the time of facility rental agreement.

9. Needs for space and services must be finally determined no later than two weeks prior to the event.

10. The facility is non-smoking and non-alcohol. There is absolutely no smoking in the buildings and no alcohol anywhere on the property.

11. The users shall be responsible for any security protection needed. In addition, the user shall pay all taxes, fees, or other government charges resulting for the use of the space, with The River Church in no way responsible.
