Couples, you’re invited to join us for a trip to Port Austin, MI! We’ll start the day kayaking to Turnip Rock then enjoy dinner together at The Pasta House.
Here are some specifics:
• We will be launching kayaks at 10:30a from Bird Creek Park.
• The Trip will take roughly 4 hours to complete. It is a 7 mile round trip along the shores of Lake Huron. Please consider you health and physical abilities.
• Kayak rental is available! If you need to rent kayaks, contact Port Austin Kayak. Rentals are around $50 dollars per 4 hour rental. It is your responsibility to contact the rental shop and reserve your kayak.
• You are invited to join us for dinner at The Pasta House at 4p. This is another gem in a little town south of Port Austin! Dinner is optional, however, please indicate whether you’ll be joining us during the time of registration.
• You will need to provide your own transportation to and from Port Austin.
• Please register by July 12th.
Please Note:
If the weather does not cooperate you will receive an email 24 hours in advance. Kayaking in Lake Huron during inclement weather is not advised.
